How do I verify / receive my discord rewards?

When I chop down a tree I get charcoal how to I stop this?

This is part of the rewards for time played on the servers, if you want to disable this please type /ismelt in game.

How to I disable my doors from automatically closing?

If you wish to manually close your doors please type /ad in game and this will disable auto doors.

How do I get extra rewards in game?

There are multiple ways of doing this, the more you play on the servers the further up the ranks you go, for each new rank you earn a reward.
